Dr. Timothy Shen

DDM

Dr. Shen is passionate about helping others and takes pride in providing thoughtful, patient-centered care. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington before going on to receive his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Temple University’s Kornberg School of Dentistry.

He served in the United States Navy, where he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD), and continues to serve as a reserve officer in the Navy Reserve.

Committed to growth and excellence, Dr. Shen completes an average of 30 to 40 hours of continuing education each year to stay at the forefront of modern dentistry.

Outside the office, Dr. Shen enjoys traveling, skiing, cooking, and following sports—especially basketball—and is a loyal Seattle Seahawks fan. He also enjoys being involved in his church community at Lighthouse Bible Church and spending time with his wife and children.

Dr. Leah Ocampo

DDS

A Southern California native, Dr. Ocampo attended UCLA, where she studied physiology, before earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California’s Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry.

After dental school, Dr. Ocampo joined the United States Navy as a Dental Officer. While stationed in San Diego, she completed a year of Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) training before transferring to Marine Corps Air Station Miramar. Her service also took her abroad with the Marine Expeditionary Unit, where she participated in humanitarian missions throughout Africa and the Middle East.

Dr. Ocampo’s experiences throughout her dental career sparked a particular interest in endodontics, leading her back to the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry for specialty training. Now board-eligible in endodontics, she is excited to bring her experience and specialized training to Trinity Family Dental and care for patients with a thoughtful, attentive approach.
