We look forward to welcoming you to our family! Before you come in for your first visit, you want to know what you should expect. Besides an inviting patient-oriented atmosphere, you can also look forward to an extremely comprehensive exam and analysis with our family dentist.

You will want to reserve approximately 90 minutes of your time for this initial appointment. After reviewing your medical and dental history, we will take a series of digital radiographs to make an accurate diagnosis of your specific needs.

Next, our dentist will assess everything about your smile. You’ll get the chance to share your concerns and ask any questions you want. Dr. Shen will let you know of any problems that are present and what treatment is needed to correct them. Together, you’ll compile a list of necessary procedures and determine the order in which they should be completed.

Dr. Shen will make sure you fully understand every treatment recommendation, so that you can make the best decision regarding your smile’s health.

Last of all, you’ll meet with our experienced treatment coordinators who will review a financing plan that suits your budget and insurance needs.

We ask that you bring your insurance card with you to your appointment. After that, leave the rest to us! Our highly experienced staff are experts at filing and tracking insurance claims. We also gladly accept HSAs (Health Savings Accounts) and FSA (Flexible Spending Accounts) benefit cards.
